Right Management’s Organisational Effectiveness experts recommended a significantly expanded annual workforce attitude survey that would reflect current best practice methodology and link more directly to future needs. The enhancements included application of Right Management’s Engagement Model, significantly more sophisticated data analysis and in-depth reporting to more teams across the organisation.
Overall, the organisation’s engagement level is 55%, well above the global benchmark average. The Chief Executive is committed to building engagement to benchmark high levels and ensuring this translates to bottom line performance.
