Finance Director
As the Finance Director, Matt leads the Finance Team for Australia and New Zealand. Matt has more than 20 years professional experience in public accounting and senior commercial finance roles. While working in both "Big 4" and "second tier" public accounting firms, he specialised in auditing, financial reporting, taxation and corporate advisory services. Since moving into the commercial world in 1998 he has focused on the media, technology, tourism and professional services sectors.
Matt has considerable experience as CFO & Company Secretary of an ASX listed company and has extensive knowledge of corporate law, commercial risk management and effective corporate governance, in addition to his core financial competencies.
Matt holds the degrees of Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Legal Studies and has also been awarded a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
